Needak Rebounder

I have a question for you. It's a good question that I think will set the tone of today's post nicely. Have you ever seen a fat kangaroo?

You weren't expecting that one, eh?

Let me explain my point. Do you know why we evolved to have straight legs? It's because having chimp-like legs that don't fully lock straight costs more energy. The calories saved by walking in the way we humans do is attributed to helping us survive in the arid plains of what would one day become Africa.

Mix these two points together and what do you get? Bouncing like a kangaroo will require a lot of calories. Burning more calories is a bad thing if you're trying to survive a phase of evolution when there's no food around, but these days burning off some calories is a good thing.

That's why the latest craze of rebounding is really taking off. It's a great way to burn calories, get some cardio workout and have fun while you're doing it. If you have never seen a rebounder it's like a mini trampoline, specially designed for the workout you do on it.

If you cast you mind back to when you were younger. Maybe you remember being told off for bouncing up and down on the bed. That just proves how much fun you can have on a rebounder. Your parents were telling you off because the bed you were on couldn't take what you were doing to it. But a specially designed rebounder certainly can. It's like being allowed to do what you wanted when you were a like, like going in the sweet jar... only sweets wouldn't get you in shape like the rebounder will.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, take a look at the needak rebounder. The Needak Rebounder is the top selling rebounder at the moment, so anyone who really wants to get into rebounding should think about a needak. The design is sturdy, even in the folding model. That is an important factor. If you are going to jump up and down on something you want it to be able to support you properly. Risking an off-brand rebounder isn't worth it if you have an accident and injury yourself because you could end up in worse shape, rather than the better shape you are aiming for.

Needak's soft bounce rebounder is their most popular model on sale at the moment. It's because it can fit in your home, so it isn't just for professional gyms, and it is all but indestructible.

I have always said that when it comes to hoe gym equipment, you should make sure they do the job and stop- worrying about the colour, but this is the best of both worlds. You can have your rebounder in black or blue, which they call the "Platinum" model. It's the same model other than the colour, so go for whichever one you think you'd prefer.
